Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor freight from origin to destination
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and process shipping documentation and compliance requirements
- Analyze shipping data and logistics metrics to improve efficiency
- Manage inventory levels and schedule replenishments as needed
- Resolve any shipping issues or discrepancies promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to streamline logistics processes and enhance overall performance
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong understanding of freight processes and logistics terminology
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of road routes in Ireland and UK
