Your new role includes:
- Front-Line Support & Operations: Serve as the first point of contact for all on-site IT needs. You will manage the full lifecycle of support tickets via Freshdesk, troubleshooting everything from Windows hardware and Microsoft 365 applications to mobile devices and peripherals.
- ERP Migration & Data Readiness: Play a pivotal role in our transition to a new ERP system. This includes performing data cleansing and validation, identifying data gaps with business users, and supporting critical migration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Infrastructure & Asset Management: Maintain a precise IT asset register for all devices and licenses. You will oversee the procurement, setup, and decommissioning of equipment to ensure a stable and scalable office environment.
- Systems Documentation & Reporting: Bridge the gap between technical requirements and business needs by documenting current "as-is" processes and future "to-be" workflows. You will also use SQLand Power BI to support data reconciliation and create insightful operational reports.
Experience you need:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in IT support or systems administration.
- A third-level qualification in a relevant IT or technical field.
- Advanced proficiency in Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and service desk ticketing systems.
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical staff.
Desirable:
- Prior experience supporting ERP migrations or platforms (e.g., Advanced Opera 3).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like SQL or Power BI.
- Understanding of basic networking and process mapping.
