At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Internal Sales Executive to join our client’s growing team based in Rathcoole. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Representative to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

- Ensuring that specific requests from customers directly or indirectly are responded to in professional and timely fashion.
- Processing and management of customer quotations and orders.
- Keeping the pipeline of quotes up to date
- Developing a deep understanding of potential client’s business requirements and tailor solutions to meet these requirements.
- Building and developing key customers and a project pipeline ensuring sustainable and consistent sales growth.
- Working collaboratively with all internal resources to meet and exceed our customer’s requirements.
Experience you need:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service based role, ideally in the plumbing or building materials industry
- Excellent IT skills are a must, especially a knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise
