- Overseeing the daily operations of the home care team and ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Using One Touch Care software, develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for clients based on their specific needs and goals.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising caregivers, providing necessary support and coaching to foster their professional development.
- Conducting regular assessments of clients' conditions and adjusting care plans as needed to reflect changes in health status.
- Maintaining open and effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery.
- Managing scheduling and staffing of caregivers to optimize service provision and maintain adequate coverage.
- Monitoring the quality of care provided by staff through regular evaluations and feedback, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management Skills (or higher)
- 3-5 years’ experience in Home Care or Community Care Sector in a Supervisory or Management role
- Experience in using One Touch Care Management software is preferable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organised and process driven
- Effective time management skills
