The Job

Elk are currently recruiting for their Dublin based client who are suppliers of fire & security management systems to the commercial, industrial & hospitality industry and are growing their team of field technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Being the face of the company on a day to day basis with customers, requiring the right personality as well as the right technical skills.
• Our client's technicians are motivated to provide the highest level of service to their customers ensuring that their systems are operating at their best.
• A major factor for this role is our technician's personal skills in working with our customers, understanding requirements and providing the right level of response.
• The right fire technician selected to join our team will already have considerable service & maintenance experience in the following disciplines and have worked as part of an after-hours call rota:
  • Advanced FAS
  • Morley FAS
  • Menvier FAS
  • Gent FAS
  • Atex Systems
  • FFE & EML Systems
• The right security technician selected to join our team will already have considerable service & PPM experience in the following disciplines and have worked as part of an afterhours call rota:
• Aritech IAS
• HKC IAS
• Access Control
• FAAC, Ditec & CAME Automation
• CCTV CVI & IP Networking

Requirements:

• Experience in installation and maintenance of access control systems
• As a Fire & Security Systems Engineer, you are required to hold in-date authorisation cards for aValid Driving Licence and valid Safe Pass
• Computer experience in Excel & Word
