They are seeking a Fields Sales Representative on a permanent basis. The position is field based with no fixed location, covering the Carlow/Wexford and Wicklow area. You will be responsible for promoting the company brand and its services to households and small businesses in your designated area. This role offers a competitive basic salary and uncapped commission structure.
The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include the following
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle of all residential customers.
- Follow up on all new customers as necessary to make sure new customer accounts are set up and to get satisfaction feedback after a few days.
- Deliver engaging and informative sales presentations showcasing the advantages of the company.
- Work towards clear targets and KPIs.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets set out by management.
- ?1-2 years of experience in Door-to-Door selling desirable.
- A full Irish driving license is required for this position.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work on one’s own as well as part of a team.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Proficiency with sales software, CRM, Microsoft Office desirable.
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Proficiency in the English language is a requirement alongside eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Experience in the Services/ Manufacturing or Waste Industries a distinct advantage.
