Your new role includes:
- Design and create innovative facade concepts for various architectural projects.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design feasibility and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct research on materials and technologies relevant to facade design.
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications for facade components.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback.
- Analyse building codes and standards to ensure compliance in facade designs.
- Oversee the implementation of facade designs during the construction phase, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Experience you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- 3 years+ proven experience in facade design within the architectural industry.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent understanding of building materials and facade technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetic composition.
