Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple contracts and frameworks simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and local authorities.
- Manage both office-based and site-based personnel, as well as subcontractors.
- Oversee and contribute to the tendering process, including compiling tender packages and leading tender applications.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather the necessary information for tender submissions.
- Attend and lead client and stakeholder meetings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Ensure all team members and subcontractors perform to the highest standards and in accordance with project requirements.
- Oversee procurement processes across multiple projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract management within the civil engineering or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of the tendering process and associated documentation.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate resources effectively across projects.
