At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Commercial Sales Manager with experience in the Security industry to join our client’s growing team based in Kildare. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Security Sales Manager who has experience in selling Security system to B2B customers to make a real impact in an established security company.

Your new role includes:
  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan targeting corporate clients with complex security needs.
  • Identifying and engaging new business opportunities across multiple industries.
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with C-level executives, security heads, and procurement leaders.
  • Designing bespoke security solutions aligned with client risk profiles and compliance standards.
  • Managing the full sales lifecycle including proposals, tenders, negotiations, and account management.
  • Representating the company at industry events, security forums, and networking engagements.
Experience you need:
  • 5+ years in B2B solution sales, ideally within the security industry.
  • Proven track record of selling to corporate clients and closing high-value deals.
  • Experience with enterprise-level security systems: access control, CCTV, fire/intrusion systems.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, including solution design and RFP/tender processes.
  • Established network of security decision-makers across Ireland desirable.
  • Comfortable with regular travel to client sites and industry events.
