Your new role includes:
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, including coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Lead site meetings, and daily briefings to maintain clear communication and drive progress.
  • Ensure all work complies with current building regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, reporting regularly to senior management.
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
  • Oversee quality control and conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications.
  • Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and health & safety documentation.
  • Manage and motivate site teams to maintain productivity and high morale.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project program and budget.
Experience you need:
  • Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential projects (e.g. multi-unit developments, apartment blocks, housing estates).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and health & safety legislation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and direct labour effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management and reporting software.
