Salary: OTE €45000 + Bonus structure and uncapped commision
We are seeking a driven and reliable Sales Executive to generate and close sales for gas and oil boilers, LPG conversions, and heat pump retrofits. The successful candidate will start and finish each workday in the office, use our CRM (Fieldmotion) for planning and reporting, and consistently deliver high-quality customer service from first contact to post-install follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
• Start and finish daily in the office (mandatory).
• Use Fieldmotion CRM for all lead logging, planning, and reporting.
• Attend on-site home visits to conduct surveys and provide tailored quotes.
• Follow up on quotes to convert into confirmed sales.
• Provide weekly sales updates and monthly reports on installs, upsells, profit, and testimonials.
• Ensure minimum 50% of installs result in a verified customer testimonial
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and customer focus at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven sales experience, ideally in plumbing, heating, construction, or a related technical sector.
- Strong understanding of plumbing and heating products and systems (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Full, clean driving licence essential (company vehicle provided).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
