At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Architect/Architectural Technologist to join our client’s growing team based in Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Architect/Architectural Technologist to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
Requirements:
  • Architect/Architectural Technologist (qualified in Architectural Technology) with 5 to 7 years+ post graduate experience.
  • The role includes but not limited to all architectural related tasks within projects and office practice.
  • Previous project experience in a client facing role, should include a range of medium and largescale developments, from residential to commercial.
  • Technically competent in producing drawings from planning to construction stage of projects.
  • Must be familiar with current TGD’s. Part B in particular and BC(A)R
  • Strong Revit skills
  • Site experience is a must
  • Previous experience delivering medium and largescale complex projects as part of a team
  • Possess strong technical skills
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and must have English as a first language, to work across multifunctional teams
  • Well organised and successful in time and resource management
  • Self-motivated and ambitious
  • Must hold full permission to work in Ireland.
  • Driving License a must
