- Coordinate daily schedules for project teams and subcontractors
- Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all project-related data and communications
- Liaise with clients and team members to ensure project milestones are met
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports as needed
- Manage and update scheduling software to reflect project timelines
- Provide administrative support to project managers and supervisors as required
Experience you need:
- Proven experience in an administrative or scheduling role, preferably in construction
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adap
