Your new role would include:
  • Coordinate daily schedules for project teams and subcontractors
  • Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of all project-related data and communications
  • Liaise with clients and team members to ensure project milestones are met
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports as needed
  • Manage and update scheduling software to reflect project timelines
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and supervisors as required
 
Experience you need:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or scheduling role, preferably in construction
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adap
