Responsibilities
- Manage and organise office documents and records ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members and leadership.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis as needed.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new team members to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and manage procurement as necessary.
- Assist in planning and executing team events and company gatherings.
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role in an office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to convey information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
