In this role, you'll be an essential part of our finance department, assisting with various administrative tasks related to accounts management. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Support the team with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist in tracking and managing accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain well-organized filing systems for financial documents
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to accounts and billing
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and systems
- Some Accounts Experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
