- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to window and door functionality and provide effective solutions.
- Offering exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and project updates.
- Keeping accurate records of all services performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve service goals and maintain high-quality standards.
- Proven experience as a window and door service technician or window and door fitter.
- Strong working knowledge of tools and equipment used in the installation and repair of windows and doors.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve issues effectively.
