At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Mechanical and Electrical Technical Service Manager to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin 15. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced M&E Engineer to join a growing company.

- Acting as the first point of contact for M&E technical queries within the company.
- Developing and implementing maintenance programs and procedures to ensure optimal performance of M&E systems.
- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects and all technical issues are dealt with smoothly.
- Assisting engineers and clients on site when required
- Leading, mentoring, and evaluating the technical services team to enhance skillsets and productivity.
- 3rd level education in Engineering or related field, or a Plumbing/ Electrical trade certificate is compulsory
- Strong knowledge of M&E services, in particular HVAC, district heating and plumbing
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a multidisciplinary team.
- Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
