Wet Room Systems (Nationwide)
Location: Nationwide (Home-Based with Travel)

Our client is a well-established and reputable global provider of washroom solutions in the construction industry and are seeking a technically accomplished and commercially driven Specification Manager with strong sales experience in modular construction, bathroom pods, or wet room systems.
This is a national, design-led specification sales role focused on generating new business, securing detailed technical specifications, and converting them into profitable orders. You will engage projects at RIBA Stage 2–4, ensuring our solutions are technically embedded and commercially delivered.
The Role
- Proactively generate new business opportunities across local authorities, healthcare, PRS and commercial sectors
- Lead specification activity nationwide, building relationships with architects, consultants, developers and main contractors
- Produce, amend and manage detailed NBS format specifications, including clause writing, technical submissions and compliance documentation
- Provide expert technical consultation on waterproofing systems, fire compliance, acoustic performance and building regulations
- Review drawings and coordinate with design and commercial teams to ensure accurate integration of modular/wet room systems
- Deliver CPDs and technical presentations to design teams
- Manage projects from concept through to order, ensuring specifications convert into secured revenue
- Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve agreed sales and margin targets
- Have excellent time management skills and confidence to present to clients
- Be self-motivated to achieve targets and resilient.
- Proven track record in specification sales within modular build, offsite construction, bathroom pods, or wet room manufacturing
- Strong technical understanding of construction detailing, compliance standards and installation processes
- Hands-on experience writing and reviewing NBS specifications and technical documentation
- Demonstrable success in generating new business and converting design-stage opportunities
- Commercially astute, target-driven, and confident operating at senior stakeholder level
- Comfortable working autonomously in a home-based, national role
