At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Site Manager with experience in Felt Roofing to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager/ Site Supervisor to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

- Overseeing the installation of felt roofing systems on-site.
- Managing and coordinating the work of teams and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all projects.
- Reporting and addressing any issues or delays that may impact the felt roofing project's timeline.
- Providing training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Proven experience in a Site Manager or Site Supervisor role within the roofing industry.
- Strong understanding of felt roofing systems
- Full Irish driver’s license
- Good IT skills – using ERP software and Microsoft Office
