This role requires a strong leader with excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and resolving site-related issues promptly. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to enforce health and safety standards rigorously. You will be responsible for supervising daily operations, monitoring progress, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Enforce strict health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Resolve site-related issues and conflicts promptly to avoid delays.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee site resource allocation including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar construction management role.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Strong computer skills
