Position: Site Foreman

Location: Dublin

Salary: €45k - €55k

Elk are currently recruiting a Site Foreman for a Tier one contractor in the Dublin area.

Site Foreman Responsibilities:

• Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
• Planning safe system of works and developing method statement
• Monitoring and recording progress and keeping daily records
• Responsible for all day to day construction related issues
• Manage and coordinate trades sub-contractors on site
• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with specification and programme
• Responsible for onsite Health and Safety

Site Foreman Requirements:

• Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
• 5+ years experience as a site foreman or supervisory role
• Excellent communication skills
