Position: Site Coordinator

Location: Dublin South

Salary: Negotiable DOE

Purpose: The Site coordinator works under the supervision of the Site Coordinator Team Leader, the role involves coordinating activities between the factory and the customer to ensure that projects are completed on time. They must have good knowledge and experience of every aspect of the project, including schedules and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Liaise with other Site Coordinators and Factory Planner regarding all fire requirements.
  • Take handover from the company sales team for various sites.
  • Contact the customers' site team and attend sites as required.
  • Prepare all relevant site call offs for imputing and ordering.
  • Prepare accurate information for production.
  • Manage various projects and ensure completion within deadline by attending to every detail of assigned projects.
  • Maintain and update all relevant site information.
  • Ensure the site sign off on all dimensions, handings, material and deliveries.
  • Ensure the correct information is submitted to the administration team and check through prior to issuing to factory.
  • Issue instruction to administrator to procure 3rd fix materials.
  • Produce a weekly report in an agreed format and content for meeting with the team.
  • Responsible for filing all project correspondence
  • Handles all situations in a manner that reflects the organization in a positive light.
  • Attend project and Stakeholder meetings to monitor and record progress of actions and identify problems
  • Ensure effective and open communication throughout the project team and with stakeholders.
  • Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned by the General Manager
