Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair windows and doors to ensure proper functionality and safety.
- Perform installations of new window and door units according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Provide routine maintenance and servicing to extend the lifespan and performance of existing windows and doors.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services, address concerns, and provide recommendations.
- Maintain accurate service records and document completed work for reporting and billing purposes.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean and organised work areas to ensure a safe environment.
- Proven experience in the window and door industry.
- Strong knowledge of window and door components, materials, and repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and installation instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and structural issues.
- Good physical condition and stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and climbing.
- Effective communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Full clean driving licence
