Do you have experience in Service Administration and Customer Service? Our client in Waterford is looking for a Service Account Manager to cover clients within the Munster and South Leinster areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced or someone looking to be trained up to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization within the automatic door industry.

- Managing and nurturing key client accounts within the automatic doors sector to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating with technical teams to react to and manage the service aspect, following up on reactive callouts with repair quotations and site visits.
- Responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any service-related issues efficiently and professionally.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored service solutions.
- Creating purchase orders and working with suppliers to organise part replacements.
- Previous service administration/ sales experience, ideally within engineering or construction
- Confidence in balancing several work tasks and managing own diary
- Full driver’s license in compulsory as you will be required to visit client sites
- Strong IT and CRM management skills
