Our client is an Irish Family Owned and Family run Homecare company. They are looking for an experienced and hardworking Senior Accounts Manager to become a part of their rapidly expanding team. Candidates must have at least 2 years' experience working as a Senior Accounts Manager in Homecare/HealthCare. This is an office based role in their Rathfarnham office.
Responsibilities:
Liaising between HSE, Hospitals and Public Health Nurses
Organise assessments for new and existing clients
Ensure home supports are delivered in a timely, professional manner
Work with the Scheduling/Care Management Team to ensure appropriate carer is allocated to clients.
Assist with Payroll administration
Assist in developing client care plans
Answer any queries from families, clients and healthcare professionals regarding care in a courteous and timely manner
Establish good working relationships with Care Team, Colleagues and Care Managers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years' experience working as an Accounts Manager in homecare/healthcare field.
Must have the ability to work under pressure and manage your own workload
Must have excellent IT skills
Invoicing/Payroll experience
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Excellent team player
