In this vital role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our accounts administration, working closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a Senior Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in managing budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments while providing accurate financial reporting. Your expertise will help us maintain fruitful relationships with clients and vendors alike, aiding in the successful delivery of our construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
 
Primary point of contact for all accounts payable and receivable queries
  • Assist in data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks using Sage
  • Prepare and issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding items
  • Support our accountants in payroll processing. o Liaise with our accountants as required
  • Other Duties:
    • Assist other departments with ad hoc admin projects and tasks
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data in accordance with company policy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience with Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll within a busy office environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks independently.
