At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Service Scheduler within the Automatic Door industry to join our client’s growing team based in North Kildare. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator within the Automatic Door industry, or someone within the Facilities industry with strong knowledge about automatic doors to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

- Logging reactive and planned maintenance jobs accurately
- Providing regular updates to customers on job progress and completion,
- Issuing daily job status updates and reports.
- Scheduling works and updating job timelines as required.
- Arranging site access for engineers.
- Communicating clearly with technicians regarding job details, arrival times, and updates.
- Liaising with customers to confirm appointments and technician attendance.
- Answering incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Previous experience in facilities management or a similar service desk role is required, ideally within the Automatic Door Industry.
- Strong understanding of automatic doors is necessary
- Professional and confident phone and email manner
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience using ticketing systems or CAFM systems is desirable
