Position: Sales / Office Coordinator (Window and Doors)

Our Dublin based Window and Door client are seeking a sales / office coordinator to join their team.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information.
- Inform clients and sales reps of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the teams progress, identify and propose improvements
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office
- Must be fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills, as liaison with clients and colleagues is a large focus within the job.
- Well organized and a high level of administration ability to also have an aptitude in problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
