Position: Sales / Office Coordinator (Window and Doors)

Location: Dublin

Salary: Neg DOE

Our Dublin based Window and Door client are seeking a sales / office coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information.
  • Inform clients and sales reps of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the teams progress, identify and propose improvements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office
  • Must be fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills, as liaison with clients and colleagues is a large focus within the job.
  • Well organized and a high level of administration ability to also have an aptitude in problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
