Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative with proven experience in the food services, hospitality, and retail industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our presence in the Ireland, UK and EU markets.
- Prospect, identify, and secure new business accounts while managing existing customer relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend effective strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to ensure timely deliveries and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the food services, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer service, and account management.
- Ability to work on the road mainly with some requirements to be in the office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
