Position: Office Administration / Sales
Location: Cork City
Salary: €25,000 to €35,000 DOE
Elk is looking for an Sales / Office Administrator for a window and door company based in Cork. The role will require a enthusiastic and energetic individual that is confident on the phone and completely comfortable with a client-facing role. Sales experience is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Database
- General office administration
- Handling phone calls and queries
- Showroom managemet
- Showroom sales
- Organise and tracking quotations
Requirements:
- Fully efficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience using a CRM an advantage
- Excellent organisational skills
- Target driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Attention to detail
- Versatile and energetic
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Willing to work Saturdays
- Previous experience with sales is essential
