Position: Sales Administrator and Scheduler - Construction

Location: Cork

Salary: Negotiable DOE

The Job:

The Sales Administrator and Scheduler will be responsible for liaising with the sales department and ensuring all orders are input on to the system and tracked from the manufacturer to the customer.

Sales Administrator and Scheduler Responsibilities:

  • Front of House
  • Handle all incoming enquiries
  • Input all domestic sales
  • Organise the dispatch, delivery and installation schedules as
  • Liaise with sales teams as
  • File all documents per order as
  • Adhoc duties as requested

Sales Administrator and Scheduler Requirements:

  • Needs to be an organised person who can multi-task.
  • Must have meticulous eye to
  • Needs to be fluent in English and needs to be good communicating with people over the phone and by
  • Needs to be proficient with all Microsoft packages.
  • Experience in the Construction Industry
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
