Position: Sales Administrator / Scheduler - Construction

Location: Rathcoole, Co Dublin

Salary: Excellent Salary on offer

The Job:

The Sales Administrator and Scheduler will be responsible for liaising with the sales department and ensuring all orders are input on the system and tracked from the manufacturer to the customer.

Sales Administrator and Scheduler Responsibilities:

  • Front of House
  • Handle all incoming enquiries
  • Input all domestic sales
  • Organize the dispatch, delivery and installation schedules
  • Liaise with Sales Team
  • File all documents per order
  • Adhoc duties as requested

Sales Administrator and Scheduler Requirements:

  • Needs to be an organised person who can multi task
  • Must have meticulous eye to detail
  • Have excellent oral and written skills
  • Needs to be proficient with all Microsoft packages
  • Experience in the Construction Industry
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
