Position: Sales Team Administrator

Location: Dublin West

Salary: D.O.E

The Job: This is an excellent opportunity for professional, engaged and open-minded individuals to join a dedicated Service team of over 30 staff.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Service quotations following Service Engineer visits to customer sites
• Communicate Service Quotations with Customers
• Follow up any outstanding Service Quotations with customers to proceed or close off
• Price all Service quotations appropriately to ensure correct margins achieved
• Sales of Service Contracts to Customers
• Liaise with Group and 3rd party suppliers on parts pricing and lead time
• Order parts from Suppliers and arrange delivery onsite or to our warehouse
• Communicated date of receipt of parts to Service Co-ordinators in order to ensure Repair work scheduled with Enginners and Customers
• Schedule Preventative Maintenance work
• Providing back up summary to inbound customer calls

Requirements:

• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines
• Good geographic knowledge of Ireland
• Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
