Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders by phone and allocate to van schedules
- Reconcile completed van schedules and process customer invoices on a daily basis
- Process customer statement run each month
- Process customer direct debits
- Collection of outstanding customer balances and allocate customer payments to accounts
- Ensure all documentation is maintained in accordance with company procedures
- Generate and distribute weekly & monthly sales reports
- Other duties as assigned
- Assist in updating customer van schedules and distributing daily schedules to drivers
- Overall General Administrative duties
- Allocation and Reconciliation of Engineers Van stock
