At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Repair Manager within the lift industry to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lift Engineer looking to step into a Managerial role and make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

- Coordinating and scheduling lift repair jobs to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime. Ensure parts and documentation are ready before the job starts.
- Supervising and supporting a team of engineers and subcontractors, providing training and mentoring to drive performance and development.
- Ensuring all repairs meet safety standards, quality expectations, and budget targets. Conduct site audits and follow up on completed jobs.
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers during repair works, offering clear updates and professional service.
- Championing safe working practices and ensure full compliance with HSE regulations.
- Occasionally participate in the on-call rota to support the local Service Team in emergency situations.
Experience you need:
- Proven experience in the lift industry, whether field or office-based, ideally within the Repairs sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen.
- Experience delivering training or mentoring technical staff.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
