Position: Receptionist (Clinic Based)
Location: Carlow
Salary: €25,000 - €27,000.00 per year
My client is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person who loves to work with the public. As part of our Patient Care Support Team, you will greet and welcome patients to the clinic, schedule appointments, collect payments, deal with patient queries, prepare treatment plans and provide all necessary administrative support to Clinicians.

Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a high-volume call taker
- Good working knowledge of general administrative practices.
- Strong knowledge of MS excel is essential.
- Flexibility to work five days Monday - Saturday
Clinic Hours:
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 9.30 am - 6.00 pm
Tuesday: - 10.30 am - 7.00 pm
Friday & Saturday: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
