Role: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Wexford

Salary: Negotiable DOE

Our client a well established construction that specialise in Industrial, Commercial and Leisure to Housing and Private Developments are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Performing risk, value management and cost control
• Responsible for all aspects of cost management on projects.
• Preparing tender and contract documentation.
• Preparing payment certificates in accordance with company systems and procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or the equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years' experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
