Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Purchase order processing
- Goods in processing
- Stock control
- Fabrication works orders
- Product sourcing
- Negotiation with suppliers
- Logistics
- Liaising with accounts payable team regarding invoice queries
- System updating
- Import / Export / Customs delivery processing
- Customer invoice processing
- The preparation of weekly/monthly reports on purchasing activities
- General admin
Qualifications & Experience
- Construction qualification desirable
- Purchasing/Buyer experience
- Excellent IT Skills including Word/Excel/PowerPoint & Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
- Full, clean driving licence
- Logistics experience an advantage
