We are seeking a Project Technical Engineer to join our clients growing team based in Co. Carlow. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support throughout the production phase of various engineering projects
Your new role includes:
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to define technical project requirements and production goals.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams during the manufacturing process.
- Analyse production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during production phases.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure product specifications are met.
- Implement process control and quality assurance procedures to maintain production standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise manufacturing workflows.
Experience you need:
- Full proficiency in SolidWorks & AutoCAD is essential
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in production engineering or project technical support.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in using engineering software and production management tools.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
