Position: Project Manager

Location: Positions in Dublin - Limerick

Our client, a Tier 1 Contractor with projects across Ireland, are now recruiting for an experienced Project Managers to join their team.

My client has a portfolio of projects that include, pharma, retail, commercial, industrial and refurbishment projects, to name a few.


Main Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the delivery of the project from the start through to completion.
• Ensuring Health and Safety standards are always adhered to on site.
• Managing all contractual issues to minimise any risk to the company.
• Liaising with Senior Management Team, Client and Design teams.
• Ensuring all works are carried out to contract requirements.
• Attending client and design team meetings weekly/ monthly.
• Appointing and manage subcontractors as required for the project.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant Third level Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or the equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Project Manager role with a Main Contractor in Ireland or UK.
• Proven experience in a senior role managing large scale construction projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
