Position: Project Manager

Location: South Dublin

Salary: Neg DOE

Our client, a well-established Main Building Contractor, who provide a range of projects from Residential, Healthcare and Fit-out projects, are now looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager for a large-scale Residential Project in South Dublin.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the delivery of project from start through to completion.
• Ensuring Health and Safety standards are always adhered to on site.
• Reporting to the Construction Director, liaising and managing contractual issues to minimise any risk to the company.
• Liaising with Senior Management Team, the Client and Design teams.
• Ensuring all works are carried out to contract requirements.
• Attending client and design team meetings weekly/ monthly.
• Appoint and manage subcontractors as required for the project

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant Third level Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Senior role within the Construction Industry.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager running large projects, Residential, Apartments etc.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
