Role: Production Administrator
Location: Carlow/Kildare
Job Type: Permanent - Full time
Your new role includes:
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch sheets, stock movements, and compliance logs.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Assist in scheduling production runs and updating production plans.
- Support quality assurance processes by ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.
- Generate reports and summaries for management review.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Provide general administrative support to the production team.
Experience you need:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
