Position: Operations Administrator (Security Industry)

Responsibilities:

• To identify, resolve, log and follow up all client queries at all levels of support
• Busy active office environment
• Managing client portals for updating all certification, maintenance reports and reactive works
• Managing Client Accounts using multiple software solutions
• Despatching engineer work through a field services app
• Ordering Products from Suppliers
• Reporting to Operations Manager and Installations Manager
• Ensuring client needs are met in a timely and professional manner
• Issue escalation
• Ad hoc projects that are required
• Work as part of a team to provide solutions
• Assist in all areas of the company when required
• Salary - Based on Experience

• Excellent attention to detail
• A positive, engaging attitude
