Position: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Munster

Salary: Neg Depending on experience

Our client, an innovative Mechanical Engineering Company, are currently expanding and are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer in Muster.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan the project from initiation to execution through to project completion, ensuring materials and subcontractor requirements are met.
• Ensure Health and Safety on site is maintained and supporting documentation is completed.
• Liaise with site Planner, Engineers and Foreman and develop schedule for the project.
• Work closely with Quantity Surveyor to manage the budget.
• Attend meetings as necessary and provide weekly/monthly progress reports to customer/ client.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance in relation to safety and technical requirements.
• Monitor the hand over package to the customer/ client.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years post qualification experience as Mechanical Engineer.
• Previous experience on Pharmaceutical, Biotech or semi-conductor is essential.
• Proficient use of Navis works or similar package and Microsoft applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
