Position: Kitchen Sales & Design Consultants

Location: Antrim & Derry

Salary: Negotiable DOE

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Pro-actively achieving sales targets
• Point of contact for Customer Sales Support & maintain excellent customer service
• Survey & Provide kitchen designs and quotations from our showroom and the customers property
• Provide full Kitchen Refurbishment estimates to customers
• Preparing 3D AutoCAD drawings and elevations
• Managing any design and sales queries during installation
• Develop strong customer relations with clients
• Providing 1st Class customer service and aftersales service to all Customers
• Maintaining high level of Health and Safety standards at all the time
• Provide Sales support to external staff
• Working closely with the Kitchen Centre before, during and after kitchen installations
• Filling and general administration duties as required
• Upkeep and cleanliness of the Showroom, including responsibility for Health & Safety in line with legislation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Kitchen Sales & Design in a target driven environment
• Kitchen Sales & Design experience is essential
• Fully Conversant using ArtiCad or CAD Design Software
• Excellent IT Skills including Word/Excel/PowerPoint & Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
• Full, clean driving licence
