As a Joiner/Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for interpreting client requirements and translating them into beautifully crafted cabinets, furniture, and bespoke joinery solutions. Your work will encompass a variety of tasks from measuring and cutting materials to assembling and finishing components with precision.

Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to make accurate measurements and cuts.
- Select appropriate materials for each project, ensuring quality and durability.
- Construct, assemble, and install cabinets, furniture, and other wooden structures according to specifications.
- Finish surfaces with staining, painting, or varnishing to enhance aesthetics and protect against wear.
- Collaborate with designers and clients to understand project requirements and offer expertise on design solutions.
- Maintain tools and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary to meet standards.
- Dealing with orders from our existing client base
- Experience in pricing advantageous but not essential.
- Qualifications as a Joiner/Cabinet Maker/Wood Machinist
- Proven experience as a Joiner or Cabinet Maker with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficient in using various woodworking tools and machinery, including edge banders, bench saws and panel saws
- In-depth knowledge of wood properties and different types of materials used in cabinetry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
- Accurate measuring and cutting skills
- Experience in assembly work
- Quality Control experience
- Excellent English Literacy and Numeracy skills
