Position: Head of Sales

Location: Dublin - Nationwide

Salary: Neg DOE

Our client is seeking a Head of Sales to join their team. Ideally with vast experience in the Windows and Doors Industry or Architectural Building Products.

Head of Sales Responsibilities:

• Visit clients and sites as required to survey projects
• Provide accurate and timely quotes to clients
• Follow up on sales leads
• Business development and growth management
• Setting and achieving sales budgets
• Liaising with Builders/Developers/Architects/Contractors on site

Head of Sales Requirements:

• Have a sound understanding of the Window and Door/Construction Industry in Ireland
• Previous Window and Door sales experience+5 years is desirable
• Must have experience with large doemstic housing as well as one off builds
• Third level qualification
• Strong organisation skills are a must
• Performance management
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Team management
• Experience working with KPI's
• Full, clean driving licence
