Role responsibilities:
- Attending to both private and commercial repairs, mainly in Dublin and the greater Dublin region.
- Capable of carrying out window maintenance lifting sashes in and out of window frames, fitting new parts to windows sashes i.e. locking systems, hinges and handles.
- Measuring and Fitting both Mirrors and painted splashbacks
- Measuring and Fitting glass for shopfront and frameless glass assemblies.
- Carrying out Maintenance to commercial doors – fitting floor spring, patches etc.
- Fitting replacement windows and door
- Removing units of glass from PVC, timber and aluminium.
- Re-fitting units of glass to PVC, timber and aluminium.
- Provided work schedule is the responsibility of the individual to complete
- Must hold a full clean B driving licence.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer friendly.
- Must hold an active safe pass & manual handling cert.
- 5 years window/maintenance worker experience required
