At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Forklift Drver to join our client’s growing team based near Mallow, Co. Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Forklift Driver to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
What’s on Offer:
- €18 - €22 per hour
- Monday to Friday
Your new role includes:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload steel products from trucks and containers.
- Transport steel to designated areas within the factory.
- Inspect forklifts and other equipment before and after use to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Report any issues or maintenance needs promptly to the supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and accidents in the workplace.
Experience you need:
- Valid forklift operator certification or license.
- Strong forklift operating experience compulsory
- Strong understanding of factory safety procedures and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy loads.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
