Position: Foreman with Façade

Location: Dublin

Salary: Neg DOE

Elk are currently recruiting a Foreman with façade experience for Top Tier Contractor in Dublin City.

Foreman Responsibilities:

• Planning safe system of works and developing method statement
• Monitoring and recording progress and keeping daily records
• Responsible for all day to day construction related issues
• Manage and coordinate trades sub-contractors on site
• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with specification and programme
• Responsible for onsite Health and Safety

Foreman Requirements:

• Trade background
• Previous experience in façade
• Experience in hard landscaping
• Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
• Excellent communication skills
